There is a Cuddle Time show coming up soon (at 5:00 p.m. EDT on Saturday) and the Charlie Bears website's Cuddle Time page has 3 photo placeholders on the U.S. site (and 7 on the U.K. and Australia sites). That would appear to indicate that there will be at least 3 Cuddle Time exclusives presented during the show. Does that mean that these bears will only be available through the Charlie Bears website? Yes and no. So how does the launch of Charlie Bears new 2025 Exclusives Collection work? There are 3 classifications of exclusives - Cuddle Time exclusives, Paw Store exclusives and TV Shopping Channel exclusives, but those names are somewhat misleading.
Bears that are deemed Cuddle Time exclusives will be launched during a Cuddle Time show and for 4 weeks following the show, will only be available on the Charlie Bears website. However, while we are not permitted during that 4 week period to feature those specific bears on our websites or publicly announce that we will have them, those bears will also be available at Paw Stores (of which Bears Against MS is one) and the shopping channels once the 4 week period has ended.
Similarly, Paw Store exclusives (like Razzamatazz) will be launched initially through Paw Stores and only available through them for a 4 week period. After the 4 weeks, those exclusives will also be available through the Charlie Bears website and on the shopping channels. The TV Shopping Channel exclusives will be launched on the shopping channels and only available through them for a 4 week period, after which they will also be available through Paw Stores and the Charlie Bears website.
Bottom line, it doesn't matter if a bear is classified as a Cuddle Time exclusive, a Paw Store exclusive or a TV Shopping Channel exclusive, they should eventually be available through all 3 channels. While we won't know our allocations until close to the time we can advertise the specific bears and some quantities may be limited, they should all be coming to Bears Against MS at some point.
