THE ITEMS ON THIS PAGE ARE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A CONFIRMED PRE-ORDER WITH US
AND WHO HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THEIR BEAR IS NOW IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION.
IT IS NOT FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO PLACE A PRE-ORDER (To do that, send us a request through the Contact Us button).
No advance deposit is required to hold a reservation for the Charlie Bear Plush, Bearhouse, Secret or Minimo Collections.
If you have reserved an Isabelle Collection bear or a Signature Collection character and you are not a BAMS Bruin,
you are required to pay a minimum $25 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit to hold the reservation.
Should you cancel the pre-order for any reason, you forfeit that deposit.
If you make subsequent deposits or if you are a BAMS Bruin,
those deposits are refundable as a store credit. No cash refunds on pre-order deposits.
Note, we are no longer processing pre-order deposits (required or voluntary) through our website
but will instead send you a PayPal invoice..

Bears can take up to a year to arrive and now, due to covid-19, that time frame could be even longer.
