Computer Problem Update

I have been beyond frustrated over the past 2 weeks, as I’m sure my customers have. Thank you all for your patience. What I thought was going to be a quick (one, two days at the most) task of updating my computer from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (needed so I could use Turbo Tax to figure my 2025 tax liability and file for an extension by April 15th) turned into a 2 week nightmare.
