Reward Points

One of the benefits of shopping with Bears Against MS is our wonderful customer rewards program. However, it has recently come to my attention that for the past month, rewards haven't been added to some customers' accounts automatically. I have manually added the points for all orders of which I'm aware that points weren't automatically added when they should have been and will continue to do that until my website provider can fix the problem. If you have placed a (non-sale, non-TSO) order in the past month or do so in the future and you don't see the reward points added to your on-line account within a day of the order being shipped, please contact me so I can remedy the situation.
