Charlie Bears 2026 Launch Pre-Order Confirmations

February was a busy time with the launch of Charlie Bears 2026 Collection. In addition to sending quick but brief confirmation (or "sorry, we are fully reserved") emails for over 300 pre-order requests, more formal confirmations have now also been sent to everyone. These 2nd emails included a complete list of all the bears pre-ordered by the person (receiving the email) with a summary of our follow-up process (once the bears arrive) as well as a link to the "How To Pre-Order A Bear And Follow-Up Procedures" page on our store website (link to that page provided at the end of this post). If you have a pre-order with us, I strongly recommend reading the information on that page. If, after reading it, you still have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. If you believe you have a 2026 pre-order with us but did not receive that 2nd email, first check your spam folder but if you still don't have it, please message me. Also please provide an alternate method of contacting you, e.g. Facebook Messenger, text or phone.
