Charlie Bears recently announced that their general 2025 Collection will officially be launched on Valentine's Day, February 14th at 21:00 GMT (that's 4:00 p.m. EST). Best Friends Club members will be able to view the e-catalog on the Charlie's Secret Cupboard Facebook page a week earlier, on February 7th (time not yet known). Bears Against MS will be accepting pre-order requests. Please read our blog post titled "New Pre-Order Procedures" for information on pre-ordering (please do so even if you have pre-ordered from us before, as our procedures have changed). While there will be more than one catalog (not necessarily all released at the same time), the overall collection will include the Plush Collection, the Bearhouse Collection, the Signature Collection, the Isabelle Collection, the Cuddle Cubs Collection, the Bear & Me Collection and (replacing the Secret Collection) the new Exclusives Collection.
The bears and other characters that will be part of the Exclusives Collection will be released at different times throughout the year and will be available from 3 sources - Paw Stores (of which Bears Against MS is one), Cuddle Time (CB Direct) and the shopping channels (QVC and TVSN). All 3 sources will get all the exclusive bears but the timing when each source has them will differ. For example, let's say there are 3 exclusive bears ("A", "B" and "C") released in February. All the Paw Stores get Bear "A" as soon as he/she is released (in February) but Cuddle Time and the shopping channels won't get him/her until a month later, in March. On the other hand, Cuddle Time will have Bear "B" available in February but the Paw Stores and the shopping channels won't get him/her until a month later in March and the shopping channels will have Bear "C" available in February but the Paw Stores and Cuddle Time won't have him/her until March. So as a general rule, one source gets a bear and the other two sources get him/her approximately a month later although the actual timing when Cuddle Time and the shopping channels get the bears might well match their shows.
