First, to get the fine paw-print out of the way...
1. No free shipping, no reward points and no free gift with sale items (even if those benefits display on the bear's listing page).
2. Flat rate shipping will generally calculate automatically during check-out based on the order value, unless the order includes an extra large bear. Then, in addition to the flat rate shipping charge, an "oversized box charge" will also apply but won't be calculated automatically. Instead I will need to calculate it based on the bear and your location and that extra charge will be invoiced separately. If you are interested in adopting an extra large bear during the sale, you can contact me for an estimate before ordering.
3. Sale pricing valid on new orders only. Not valid on pre-orders, existing layaways or holds.
4. Layaway only available on orders over $250 (excluding shipping) with 1/2 due now and the balance due by 8/6 or if over $400, 1/2 due now, 1/4 due by 8/6 and the balance due by 9/6. Contact me to schedule payments before ordering.
5. All sales are final on sale items.
What Bears Will Be On Sale?
2025 or earlier Charlie Bears (no 2026 releases), Clemens Bears and Boyds Bears.
When Will Sale Prices Be Valid?
The sale will run from Friday, July 3rd at 12:01 a.m. (EDT) to Monday, July 6th at 11:59 p.m. (EDT). You must check out (or commit to layaway terms, if appropriate) during that time period for the discounts to be applied.
Two Ways To Find The Bears On Sale...
1. A few bears will be listed with their sale prices on the "July Flash Sale Limited Time Special Offers" page. There will be a link to this page at the top of the Categories list in the website's left side panel. I may add bears to this page throughout the weekend.
2. The majority of the bears on sale won't be on that Flash Sale page but instead whole categories of bears will be discounted based on their category and year of release (e.g. all Plush Collection - 2024 Releases will be discounted at a certain %. all Bearhouse Collection - 2023 Releases will be discounted at another %, etc.). The sale price won't display on the bear's listing page but the % discount will be shown at the top of the category/year of release page and then will automatically be applied during check-out.
When Will Sale Orders Ship?
I hope to be able to ship sooner, but please allow up to 14 days after you place your order for it to be shipped.
