Charlie Bears
Dazzlemania! What is it? Have you already participated? Want to join the fun? Dazzle is a colorful, random plush Charlie Bear, who caused which a stir earlier this year. Random plush is a term used to describe a fur which has been dyed a variety of different colors and how the pattern is placed on the fur determines which color is on which part of the bear. It means that each random plush bear is truly unique. This contrasts with a patchwork bear where individual pieces of fur, each a different color, are stitched together in specific places so that the different colors display on basically the same place on each bear. Charlie Bears introduced a number of random plush bears for 2024 including Buddleia, Dazzle, Paprika. Peony, Razzle, Starburst and Stardust but Dazzle was definitely the star. Collectors were adopting not just one or two of her but sometimes half a dozen or more. As of the date of this blog post, we have the six Dazzles shown above still available for adoption.
