A big "Thank You" to everyone who adopted a bear, or in many cases multiple bears, during our recent flash sale. The response was paw-some, with almost double the number of orders versus last year's sale. If you are one of the people who placed an order, please read this blog post in its entirety. I will start shipping tomorrow but working alone with this many orders, shipping them all will take some time. Please bear with me.
As noted in the "Im-paw-tant Information About Our Sale - Please Read Before Ordering" notice which was on our Home page during the sale and referenced on multiple other pages, sale items do not qualify for free shipping and large bears incur an "oversized box" charge (in addition to any flat rate shipping charge paid). If you still owe us for a shipping charge (for either of the above reasons or if you are not located in the U.S.), I will be sending out PayPal invoices (under my company name, VM Gifts, not Bears Against MS) later this week. Please keep an eye open for that PayPal email and check your spam folder if you think you might owe for shipping but don't receive the email.
While the "Please Read Before Ordering" notice has now been removed from our website, that notice, which includes the sale's full terms and conditions, is still available to read in the "After Thanksgiving Sale" blog post from 11/27.
